Exercise #1: Hypopressive Abs
To do hypopressive abs, inhale deeply while inflating your belly and arching slightly, then exhale slowly while pulling your belly towards your spine and rounding your back.
Repeat for one minute.
Exercise #2: Waist Rotation
Kneeling, with hands behind your head and a straight back. Rotate while inhaling in the middle and exhaling during the rotation. Switch sides and continue alternating for 1 minute.
Exercise #3: Side Lift
Kneeling on one knee, the opposite leg extended, and the hand on the same side behind your head.
Inhale and then exhale, bringing the elbow towards the extended leg as it lifts.
Repeat for one minute on each side.
Remember to keep your abs engaged throughout the exercise.
Exercise #4: Extended Plie
Lying on your back, hands behind your head. Keep your core tight (always engage your abs!).
Lift your upper torso 5 cm off the ground, then extend one leg and position it as close to the floor as possible while the other leg bends and comes as close to your waist as possible.
Switch sides VERY SLOWLY to engage all muscles properly without relying on momentum.
Repeat for one minute.
