Dive into a day-by-day transformative experience that blends 4 to 6 hours of daily trekking with activities specifically designed to elevate your self-confidence, enhance your inner strength, and boost your motivation, while also focusing on stress reduction through yoga and meditation. Beyond the physical journey, this adventure is enriched with nutrition lessons and other potential activities, all tailored to the group's needs and the journey's feasibility.
As we progress through this expedition, our acclimatization strategy will adhere to the "train high - sleep low" principle. This method involves engaging in high-altitude treks during the day and returning to lower elevations for rest at night. This approach is scientifically proven to help our bodies adjust to the higher altitudes more efficiently, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable trekking experience.
This journey is more than a trek; it's a holistic experience designed to empower you both physically and mentally, fostering a sense of well-being and personal growth amidst the breathtaking backdrop of nature.
Accessible to anyone in good health, trained following the specific and exclusive plan prepared by Valerie Orsoni and motivated.
Our journey is meticulously designed to provide an enriching and memorable adventure. However, flexibility is key, as adjustments may be necessary to accommodate the dynamic nature of outdoor expeditions. This approach ensures we embrace the full spectrum of experiences the environment offers, turning unforeseen changes into opportunities for discovery and growth. Keep an open mind, as the true essence of adventure lies in the surprises along the way, making each moment more profound and our collective experience stronger.

November 6 : Reserve Day Explanation
It's important to note that a "Reserve Day" doesn't mean we'll be idle. Instead, these days are strategically integrated into our itinerary, allowing us the flexibility to adapt to changing weather conditions or the needs of the group. This thoughtful planning ensures that our adventure unfolds smoothly, free from the pressures of strict scheduling.
Nature's unpredictability—be it a sudden rainstorm or other elemental challenges—can impact our plans. Having a reserve day in our schedule provides us with a valuable buffer, ensuring that unexpected delays don't prevent us from reaching our goals. For instance, during our last trek, we utilized an unscheduled day to arrange a professional photo session in Kathmandu, complete with makeup artists and photographers, capturing the spirit of our journey in a legendary setting. These photos, a testament to our adaptability and the richness of our experience, can be found in our photo galleries.
Incorporating reserve days into our itinerary not only guarantees a more relaxed and enjoyable adventure but also opens up opportunities for spontaneous activities that can enrich our experience.
