We do everything to ensure that our products are at the top and suit you 100%.

However, there may be situations where you need to make an exchange or even a return.

Returns and exchanges

If you wish to make a return, it is imperative that you contact us first at liliwarrior-fr@liliwarrior.com to request your return by confirming your order number and indicate the products you wish to return.

The return address for your items will vary depending on where you live and will be provided to you in the reply email you receive from us. To request a return or exchange, then complete the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FORM and send it to us by mail.

Products on sale during sales or clearance sales as well as pre-ordered products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

For hygiene reasons, LiliWarrior Protector menstrual panties cannot be returned or exchanged.

When returning a product, delivery costs are your responsibility (unless otherwise mentioned in our correspondence or special offer) and are not refunded, even if delivery was offered to you when ordering.

Thus, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the reshipping costs, if there is an exchange of product, are the responsibility of LiliWarrior.

Unworn clothing, in its original packaging and unwashed, can be returned to us up to 14 days after receipt of the order for an exchange or refund. Items must be packaged in their original individual packaging and properly protected in an additional box or envelope to avoid damage during their return journey. Labels should not be cut.

If the conditions are not met, in particular the return or exchange conditions, Lili Warrior will not be able to refund the products concerned.

Defective product or incorrect delivery

In the very, very rare event that you do not receive the contents of your order or the product received is damaged, please email us at liliwarrior-fr@liliwarrior.com with photos or a short video and a description of the problem.
